Data Processing Addendum
CutCaption may be used by creators, agencies, and teams that need a data-processing agreement for business use. A self-serve DPA is not yet published.

DPA status
A formal Data Processing Addendum is available on request for business customers whose use case requires additional processor terms. CutCaption does not promise a signed DPA, security exhibit, SCC module, or enterprise data term until the requested documents are accepted by both parties.
How to request review
Business customers can contact [email protected] with the company name, billing workspace, expected use case, jurisdictions involved, and any required vendor forms.
DPA availability
- Business customers can request DPA review when their use case requires processor terms.
- Controller and processor roles depend on the customer workflow, workspace setup, and applicable law.
- Subprocessors, international transfer terms, retention windows, security annex language, and deletion commitments are reviewed as part of the request.
